Hinsdale Central social studies teacher Arpan Chokshi presented “Transformational Coaching for Equitable Classrooms & Schools” at the fall Illinois Council of Instructional Coaching conference. His presentation focused on learning to create an action plan for more equitable schools, introducing a model for transformational coaching and role-playing instructional coaching techniques.
