John Naisbitt, Hinsdale Central Social Studies teacher, was inducted into the University of Chicago Laboratory High School Athletics Hall of Fame in a ceremony that took place in October. Naisbitt, who graduated from the Lab School in 1980, played four different sports and earned nine varsity letters during his high school career; currently, he coaches boys tennis and boys bowling at Hinsdale Central. Naisbitt was selected along with five other former athletes for this honor at his former high school. He attended the ceremony with his wife and children.
